Terms of Use

By accessing or using Stratensight, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Stratensight, Paris, France.

Stratensight is a technology intelligence platform that processes patent datasets to generate analytical scores and strategic insights. The service is intended for innovation professionals, corporate strategy teams, VC analysts, and R&D engineers.

Stratensight is an analytical tool, not a legal or investment advisor. Outputs do not constitute legal advice, investment recommendations, or freedom-to-operate opinions.

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@stratensight.com.

You agree not to:

• Upload datasets containing personal data without appropriate legal basis.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the analytical models.
• Use the service for purposes that violate applicable laws.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Upload files containing malware or malicious content.

You retain ownership of the datasets you upload. By uploading, you grant Stratensight a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your datasets to train models or share them with third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the datasets you provide.

The Stratensight platform, including its analytical models, scoring methodologies (Momentum Index™, Lifecycle Position™, Openness Score™, Intelligence Grade™), and interface, is the intellectual property of Stratensight. © 2026 Stratensight — All rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Stratensight content without express written permission.

Stratensight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Analytical scores and insights are probabilistic and should be validated against additional sources before strategic decisions are made.

Pricing

Free: free, limited features.
Pro: €200/month or €2,000/year.
Business: €500/month or €5,000/year.
Prices are inclusive of all taxes. As a micro-enterprise under French VAT exemption (Art. 293 B CGI), VAT is not applicable.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

Right of withdrawal

For individual consumers: pursuant to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period. For professionals: consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.

Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.

AI liability

Analyses generated by Stratensight constitute analytical indicators only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Stratensight cannot be held liable for decisions made based on these analyses.

Duration and renewal

Agreement of indefinite duration, renewed by monthly or annual period according to the subscribed plan.

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
